      Payment Information Credit Cards are not charged until order items are shipped. Debit and Bank Check Cards may reflect deduction of funds immediately upon order. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

      How to Order

      Just call 866-662-0140 and speak to a Customer Service Representative or order online. To order on-line simply click on the item you intend to purchase, then click on Add to Shopping Cart. Once you've finished shopping and are ready to pay, click on Checkout and fill out the requested information. Please be sure to choose the shipping option (UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day, etc.) that best suits your needs. You'll then click on Payment and follow the instructions; please have a credit card handy. After you've completed the Payment section, you'll be able to Review your purchase and then confirm it. For your protection, a sale will not be finalized until the Confirmation process is complete.

      Searching for Products

      Searching by Keyword, product category, athlete or sport. Or Item Number in the search box or by browsing the links from the Home Page. No matter which method you use, you will find a variety of sorting functions to help you find what you are looking for.

      Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

      To add items to your Shopping Cart follow these simple steps:
      1) Before adding an item to your Shopping Cart from the Product Detail page, it may be necessary to choose a size and/or color for the item you want to purchase. Click on the drop-down menu under the product description to select a size and/or color.
      2) Enter a quantity in the field provided.
      3) Make note of the Availability of the item.

      Pre-ordering and out-of-stock items

      If you want a particular item that is either out of stock or is not yet releases please email customer service at customerservice@IPlayedThegame.com and we will try to accommodate your request.

      As our customer, it is vital to understand when ordering that our stock balances change throughout the day. Should the item you ordered be out-of-stock, customer service will attempt to reach you via email. If customer service does not receive a reply within 2 days they will then attempt to contact you via the numbers you provided with your order (Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number). If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we can special order the item for you and ship the item immediately upon receiving it. Most items are ship within 2-4 weeks. (This may not include autographs)

      In the case of Pre-ordering some items are listed for sale on our web site that have not been released from the manufacturer yet or are Special Order Products. We place these items on the web site so that consumers may pre-order the items. Preorders are reserved with payment up front on a first come, first served basis. You may also request to be placed on a notify list and we will let you know when products are in-stock and available for delivery. Please be advised that there are no refunds on special orders.
